The unique layout of a BayHome community requires a unique approach to architectural design. Homescape Design Group has developed a comprehensive library of BayHome plans ranging from simple, compact ranch homes to expansive two-story designs. The Homescape library is presented in a variety of architectural styles and price levels to match the needs of virtually any market segment.
The variety in architectural plans enables a developer to offer a wide range of product types within a tightly constrained land plan. BayHomes are typically presented on a site plan fitting within a 40' by 80' building envelope. Most of the Homescape BayHome plans are laid out using a 24' by 48' rectangular footprint. These narrow plans provide reasonable green space between adjacent units within a cluster of BayHomes. Where site conditions permit wider layouts, Homescape has developed a few plans 26' and 30' wide. We have also responded to special requests from developers who are looking for variations on the BayHome theme for special conditions such as a lakefront lot or urban infill home.
