		Brunswick		Bi-level plan includes owner suite and second bedroom on upper level. Third bedroom and family room on lower level. 1756 square feet of finished space.
		Cottonwood		Tri-level plan includes three bedrooms - two on the upper level and one on the lower level.
		Shelbyville		Compact, three-bedroom two-story plan packs a lot of living into a 1493 square foot frame.
		Springfield		Expanded version of Shelbyville plan adds a fourth bedroom/bonus room over the garage for total square footage of 1749.
