Though a slow housing market has temporarily put this project on the "back burner," Homescape has delivered a collection of small, affordable house plans to Westlake Development for a Rick Harrison-designed Cove Home community in Dorr Township, a rural area south of Grand Rapids, Michigan. The plans offer front and side-load garages in a series of two-story, bi-level, and ranch plans optimized for efficient, cost effective construction.
