Stonehorse at Flathead Lake is a new residential development located in the northwestern section of Montana between Missoula and Glacier National Park in the community of Polson. The Developers have retained Rick Harrison Site Design Studio to design a plat consisting of Coved single family lots; clustered Bayhomes (the Developers call these “Meadow Homes”); Connected (duplex) homes; and a grouping of neighborhood retail buildings.

The project will consist of nearly 200 single family lots, 64 Meadow Home units of which 20 will be offered in a first phase, and 12 duplex units. Homescape is providing design services for the residential portion of the project.
