In the charming village of Heyworth just outside Bloomington, Illinois is a new master-planned community called Prairie Meadows. Combining a variety of housing types in a classic Rick Harrison-designed site plan, Prairie Meadows takes advantage of the full array of house plans offered by Homescape Design Group. The main artery through the development is lined by Cove Home lots. On the northeastern corner is a cluster of BayHomes (called "Villas" in Prairie Meadows). And along the western perimeter is an armada of townhomes. Homescape is providing architectural plans for all of these housing types.
